Annual Meeting at the Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake

The formal part of the meeting should last less than 20 minutes and will consist of only two items: a Treasurer’s Report and a vote to elect 3 members to a 3-year term to the Board of Directors. Following the meeting, we will have several presentations.

Registration Instructions
You can register for the May 20th event in person and online, as well as the May 23rd event in person at the same link Accurate registrations will help us to accurately set up the room and order food.
The online meeting will be held over Zoom. A link with directions will be provided several days in advance, with reminder emails sent the morning before the event and an hour or two in advance.
Registration is respectfully requested by Wednesday, May 15th.
Registration is easy: simply visit our online registration form, fill out your contact information, number of guests, and select the event (or events) you plan to attend. Once you have made your selections, hit the submit button.

From Interstate 90, take Exit #218 to OH-534 north, and follow the signs to The Lodge, less than 10 minutes north and one mile past the Geneva State Park road entrance. There is ample parking outside of the Lodge. The OLG meeting will be in the Ballroom

From the East or West: Take Ohio Route 2 and go toward Port Clinton as appropriate. Follow Ohio Route 2 to Ohio Route 53 North. Take Exit 124 North. Follow Ohio Route 53 North (W Catawba Rd). Turn left (West) onto CR-30 (N West Catawba Rd.). Turn right onto East Beach Club Rd.
The OLG meeting will be in the Pavilion. PLEASE NOTE that parking is located at the pickleball court and gravel lot (across from the golf shop). Shuttles will be available to bring all guests to the Pavilion.
